Make $19 an hour as a Mover with Bellhop

We’re seeking Movers to join the Bellhop team and help us deliver world-class moving experiences to our customers! 

The average mover makes $19 per hour ($13 base per hour + $6 from mileage pay and tips paid through the app! (this doesn’t even include cash tips!)

Previous experience preferred in moving, warehousing, or delivering world-class service to customers.

 Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Pass a free, secure background check (We use Checkr, the industry standard)
• Own a smartphone with an active plan
• Reliable transportation - moves can be 30 miles + away
• Be able to repeatedly lift 100+ pounds
• Deliver five star experiences to our customers
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and cooperative attitude at all times
• Be able to work moves that last from 2-8 hours at a time
• Be able to work mornings and/or afternoons (moves start at 8am and 2pm)
• Be able to work on weekends (we have work during the week, but we are busiest on the weekends)

How Do You Get Paid?

• Get paid each Friday straight to your checking account 
• Payment comes in 3 ways:
  • Base hourly rate
  • Driving compensation ( $0.30/mile after the first 15 miles)
  • Keep 100% of you tips (can be in cash or through the app)

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Background check
• Own a personal vehicle
• Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit
• Able to comfortably lift 100+ lbs
