Customer Service Representative

Description:

The Customer Service representative will be taking 120 of inbound calls in regards to scheduling appointments for eligibility of receiving assistance with their heating/cooling/apartment bills. They will be working with an in-house system and Microsoft Office. They will also be processing applications throughout the day as well. This role requires a high level of empathy and ability to multi-task.
