Project Manager Sr (tech) - C with Security Clearance

Responsibilities: * Key project point of contact for customer. * Provide guidance and leadership to all project personnel. * Lead project/s as needed in design, implementation, and administration. * Assign tasking to individuals and teams as required to meet project goals and milestones. * Monitor and manage performance; develop strategy to optimize performance if needed. * Make project defining decisions and maintain responsibility for project outcomes. * Manage continuous integration and deployment for project/s. * Maintain customer relations and ensure customer required deliverables are met and delivered as per customer timeline. Job Requirements * Bachelor's Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years). * Minimum of 15 years of experience managing complex large secure enterprises. * Experience with risk management, problem and issue resolution, and customer service. * Experience managing and supervising multiple teams across various disciplines. * Experience managing system architecture and operations teams. * Ability to communicate with leadership effectively as well as educate on emerging technologies as pertained to current project/s. * General understanding of AWS and/or Azure services and/or other cloud service provider offerings. * Deep Understanding of core IT concepts. * Experience with Risk Management Frameworks. * Basic understanding application development. * Strong understanding of project management tools and experience using one or more tools. * Experience with typical managerial tasks such as: * Providing technical guidance * Goal and objective monitoring * Staff management * Project and staff organization * Project and operations planning * Directing staff * Understanding of IT security principles, such as: * Role based access * Multifactor Authentication * Access Lists * Firewalls * Encryption * Bastion Hosts * Understanding of compliance standards such as (but not specific to): * NIST 800-53 * HIPAA * GDPR * Fluent in English * The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship. Desired Certification * PMI - Project Management Professional Certification * CompTIA Security+ Certification or equivalent/higher Preferred, not required * DoD Secret Security Clearance or equivalent/higher * Deep understanding of AWS services and their interconnectivity * CISSP Certification Telos maintains a drug-free workplace and will conduct drug testing on all applicants who have accepted an offer of employment.
