The Attraction Specialist will provide personalized service and a fun and safe environment to our guests. The Attraction Specialist will monitor their assigned area while engaging with our guests, anticipating their needs, and helping to resolve any issues they experience with tickets or gaming equipment.
Greet all guests with a friendly smile as they approach the attraction.
Provide details about the venue, pricing, and promotions / specials.
Assist with the flow of the entire center.
Ensure all guests are the appropriate height, have on the correct shoes (closed toe), and have the correct card before allowing them to enter.
Check all types of card making sure:
-The card is active.
-The card has the correct amount of points.
-The type of card matches the same type of wristband.
Allow the correct number of guests to enter.
Assist guests entering and exiting attractions.
Ensure all safety equipment is properly attached, tightened, and secured.
Ensure all equipment/games are maintained and clean.
Explain all the rules and safety procedures in a fun encouraging way.
Operate the attraction by following all safety procedures and monitor the safety of guests.
Correct any misconduct or bad behavior.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to operate the attraction sufficiently while following all safety and sanitary precautions.
