    Company Overview Hostess Brands, LLC, is a large packaged foods company focused on manufacturing, distributing, and selling iconic, sweet baked goods in the United States such as Twinkies®, Cupcakes, Ding Dongs®, Ho Hos®, Donettes® and Fruit Pies, in addition to Voortman's Cookies and Wafers.Job Overview The Order Specialist supports the objectives of the Walmart and Sam's Sales Teams by assisting key replenishment and Order management activities for Hostess on the Walmart and Sam's accounts. The Order Specialist also supports the sales team and customer objectives by helping to deploy new items, process orders, ensure Walmart and Hostess systems match for invoice and shipping accuracy, maintaining compliance with key objectives, and by balancing customer requirements with Hostess capabilities.Responsibilities Assist with order releasing and processing for Hostess and Voortman's business on Walmart & Sam's accounts including SAP knowledge, PO adjustmentsAssist promotional order flow execution with new item setup with Bunkers, Cabinets, complex go-to-market promotional vehicles from order creation and execution and trackingCompliance with Walmart replenishment & supply chain metrics on assigned business units including OTIF tracking, reporting for exceptions, projections on impact and fine risk, performance by lane or carrier opportunities, catching outliers on early appointed loads and tracking for on-time appointment secured by PO by day. Reduce and control OTIF fine and penalties associated with order new item deployment, order release and tracking for shipping compliance with daily email requests. 39 new DC item's to monitor and track performance.Assist with sales paperwork and documentation including Data Sync, new item setup, assortment creation, new item form accuracy and matching within SAPPricing change forms, rollback forms, and compliance with Hostess Trade Pro and AccountingRack order process from Acosta to stores to ensure Hostess approves and ships new racks including Single Serve, Donut Basket, 4x4 Permanent Rack and 2x4 Permanent Rack, Endcap corrugate and cooler toppers. Ensure Walmart system is set with traits, forcing SLUF for traiting where not modularized, partner with Director Customer Replenishment to ensure Presentation settings in place on Walmart side so product is arriving in conjunction with rack arrival for Acosta in-store execution.Remedy tickets for DC corrections, overages, shortages, damages, receiving errors and shipping corrections complete to fruition in internal Hostess Supply Chain as well as Walmart Supply Chain.Back-up responsibilities and special projects as needed or as assignedBack-up on daily release of Wal-Mart and Sam's Purchase orders for processing as needed or assignedGENERAL REPLENISHMENTCompliance with Walmart.comSALES DOCUMENTATION SUPPORTBACK-UP AND SPECIAL PROJECTS RESPONSIBILITIESFunction/AccountabilityNormal AllocatedTime SpentGeneral Replenishment20%Compliance with Walmart.com30%Sales Documentation Support20%OTIF/Order Flow??25%Back-Up and Special Project Work5%Qualifications Travel Requirements - 10%QualificationsServe as primary point of contact for and secondary point of contact for Walmart and Sam's Replenishment Managers on assigned business units (Frozen, In-Store Bakery, International and Sam's)Monitor Walmart warehouse inventory; report and rectify any stock outs that occurGenerate manual replenishment order recommendations as needed and write orders if necessary (SSOs, PNEWs, etc)Make recommendations and provide guidance regarding efficient order management practicesSupport of daily, weekly and monthly Walmart reports (cancellations, supplier stats, in-stocks, DC outs, scorecards, etc)Ensure all Return Authorization requests are promptly handledCreate ad hoc reports as requested by internal customers and by Walmart and Sam'sMaintain 98%+ store level in-stock (unless otherwise specified) on all assigned SKUsMaintain adherence to various customer-specific inventory goals, both at store level and at warehouses, provided by closely with Hostess Customer Service/Supply Chain Planning team to track orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Walmart and Sam's must-arrive-by expectations of 95% and fill rate of 95% by communicating forecast needs internally.Process with high accuracy and proficiency pricing change forms, rollback forms, and compliance with Hostess Trade Pro and Accounting to Walmart system to ensure invoice accuracy and all systems matching for ordering and invoicing to minimize delayed payment from Walmart to HostessAssist with sales paperwork and documentation including Data Sync, new item setup, assortment creation, new item form accuracy and matching within SAPAnswer customer service phone calls/Acosta questions on Walmart Frozen and Sam'sAssist with deduction and post audit research, weekly reporting on invoice accuracy complianceOther duties, as needed or assigned as already defined Previous replenishment experience on the Walmart and/or Sam's accountsExperience in Retail LinkKnowledge of supply chain functions (i.e. distribution, replenishment, logistics, etc)Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel & AccessAbility to communicate ideas in a professional mannerMinimum of Associate Degree or 2 years of industry-related experience
