We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Take Inbound customer calls
- Make Outbound customer calls
- Follow up with customers over the phone
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments
- Transfer calls
- Basic dispatching of calls
- Uphold company policies while keeping customers happy
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge about dispatching
- Basic technological skills (knows how to use office word, excel, outlook, etc)
- Prior experience preferred
