    What’s a typical day as an Account Manager?

    • Daily travel to GM-franchised automotive dealerships throughout the territory (Atlanta and the surrounding area); will also include approximately 3-5 overnights per month
    • You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement of OnStar’s connected services at GM-franchised dealerships throughout the territory
    • Initiate customer interactions, meetings, training, promotions and sales contests throughout assigned territory
    • Conduct training calls with dealership personnel on the portfolio of products, services and the proper delivery process
    • Monitor dealership performance and create action plans for improving performance and profitability by analyzing sales and performance reports and influencing dealerships to install or modify processes to improve performance and profitability

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

    • A strong sales and account management background
    • Experience in developing strong customer relationships
    • Prior experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred, ideally within a dealership setting
    • A completed Bachelor's degree is required, no exceptions
