    Position Summary:

    Core-Mark is looking for an executive recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team to attract and recruit top diverse talent into the organization. As a strategic thought leader, this role will be responsible for identifying, engaging and hiring the next generation of Core-Mark leaders across the U.S and Canada; driving growth and innovation. They will own and execute Director to Executive Vice President level searches and will be well-versed in all aspects of an executive search.     Position Responsibilities:
    • Conducts full-cycle recruiting including research, candidate generation and development, senior client management, and offer negotiations
    • Partners with executive team to understand business strategies and organizational plans; builds out talent networks of targeted talent, companies and geographies relative to those strategies and plans
    • Partners with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and TA leaders on executive talent needs, pipeline and offers
    • Provides strategic guidance and advice in true partnership with executive leadership
    • Drives proactive pipelining to prioritize and build a network of future leaders for Core-Mark across key functions of the business
    • Interviews and evaluates candidates in a timely manner while always providing a positive candidate experience
    • Ensures candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in ATS (Ultipro/UKG)
    • Builds and manages strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
    • Articulates the Core-Mark employment value proposition to potential candidates
    • Networks and maintains relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities
    • Provides and analyzes recruitment metrics and scorecards, as needed
    • Participates in special projects/task forces as assigned
    Skills & Experiences:
    • 5-10+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market
    • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's degree or MBA preferred
    • Experience managing high-profile candidates from outreach to offer is required
    • Ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences and levels of an organization, including C-level
    • Proven experience effectively recruiting at the Director-level and above
    • Strong interviewing, qualifying, and selection skills
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure offer recommendations at the executive level
    • Experience working on a variety of corporate-level roles
    • Proficient knowledge and demonstrated results using recruitment technology (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, database mining, social media and military)
    • Capable of original thinking and independent action influencing the candidates
    • Proven ability of writing and presentation skills to both senior management and hiring managers
    • High attention to detail and candidate communication/nurturing
