As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls in both English and Spanish to assist customers by answering customer questions regarding their lease agreement, help manage customer payment scheduling, process payments, and close paid leases. You will provide support as necessary to the customer in various stages during the lease servicing process.
Hourly pay starting at $15/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
**Eligibility for performance bonus each month on top of an hourly rate

We are closed on Sundays and you are only required to work every other Saturday.
Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
At least 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience is preferred but not required
Interviews will be conducted over the phone. However, a week-long in-person training will be required. You are expected to work in-office until you pass training, then you have the option to work from home.
