Acima Credit (Acima) based in Draper, Utah is a young and dynamic leasing company that provides consumers alternative financing options for life necessities otherwise would not be available to them. We help provide third party leasing options for items ranging from tires/wheels to furniture and appliances.
Lease Processing Agents provide outstanding customer service to our merchants and customers through phone, email, and chat. Lease applications are processed using Acima’s own online lease origination portal. Agents are on the front-line in assisting leases become funded through document review, problem solving, and customer satisfaction. Agents main goal is to provide support to the customers and merchants during the various stages of the lease funding process while creating long lasting relationships within the Acima team.
Our team is hiring English and Bilingual candidates.
Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications, compensation starts at $15 an hour. Shift differential pay is awarded for weekends and time worked after 5 pm.
Experience Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service in a call center or office environment. Finance background is helpful
Schedule and Hours

Our department is open Monday – Saturday from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm and Sunday from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.
As the department must mirror our merchants’ hours. You will be required to work a rotation of 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month. Our Agents have one scheduled day off during the week to provide work/life balance.
To accommodate the Covid-19 regulations and safety precautions, some adjustments have been made to the hiring process. Interviews will be conducted over the phone. Training is two weeks long and will be in person. You are expected to work in-office until you pass training, then you have the option to work from home. Masks are required and social distancing enforced while you are in the office.
