Carpentry Specialist

We have partnered with a state-run facility that is looking for a Carpenter that can start on an immediate basis. Ideal candidates will be living in the Greater Boston area and would be comfortable working in Boston, MA or Tewksbury, MA.The facility is willing to pay up to $50/hr for ideal candidates based on experience
Responsibilities:- Assists in the construction of tables, wooden barricades, window screens- Performs other minor carpentry work as assigned by the on-site supervisor- Erecting and/or dismantling scaffolding or rigging equipment- Other carpentry projects as needed Qualifications:- At least 1 year of full-time experience in carpentry- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds as well as ability to stand for prolonged periods of time- Must have a valid driver’s license- Must be extremely dependable and is someone that takes being on time seriously- Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent- Skilled with power tools and working knowledge of tools and equipment routinely used in carpentry If you’d like to apply, please submit a resume for consideration
