    Help grow Honeywell Connected Enterprise by supporting key strategies andaccount initiatives, which are critical to market growth and profitability. TheBusiness Developer will engage with other stakeholders across HCE and Honeywellto help drive positive customer engagements and executive interactions within abroad set of named accounts and strategic partners. This role will beinstrumental in conducting research and driving the Management Operating System(MOS) to help HCE exceed strategic, financial, and operational goals. Itprovides excellent exposure to HCE executive leadership team and a career pathto grow into a Business Development leader.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Engage with HCE and Honeywell sales and leadership teams to improve account knowledge by contributing to account plans and executive briefs
    • Help establish and run an MOS to ensure continuous executive engagement at named accounts across HCE, supporting HCE and Honeywell leadership teams
    • Help identify new business opportunities and generate high-value leads
    • Identify potential customers in target markets, complete appropriate research on their prospective business
    • Work across HCE business groups to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts
    • Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders across our executive, strategy, product, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure close alignment of market demands and customer feedback
    • Contribute to the development of business models and financial arrangements that are accretive to Honeywell
    • Connected Enterprise, its partners and customers
    • Strong presentation, analytics and executive communication skills
    • Develop, execute and update project management plans for account initiatives
    • Become a subject matter expert on HCE business products, offerings, and processes
    • Remain up-to-date on industry news and market trends
    • Review CRM systems to understand relevant opportunities, pull reports and create dashboards as needed
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 4 years experience in business development, market research, sales, finance or operations technology
    • 2 years working within a software or SaaS environment
    • 2 years of demonstrated experience assessing market opportunities, building business cases and financial models
    • 2 years experience creating and driving project plans
    • Master's degree
    • A mix of start-up and larger company experiences
    • Management consulting experience
    • Validated experience acquiring and selling to customers or partners, pipeline management, negotiating contractual agreements
    • Passionate about technology that can solve customer problems
    • Self-starter, who thrives in an evolving, matrixed environment
    • Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
    • Demonstrated knowledge of business impact of software across the value chain
    • Strong team building and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Proficient with PC applications, MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), virtual meeting software, CRM software;
    • Able to gather and interpret data from separate systems
    • Research, detail oriented
