Job Duties:TheDownstreamOperatoris the entry level position in our Extrusion department. As aDownstreamOperator,you willutilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure that thefinal productmeets customer specificationsand to catch any basic abnormalities.Mainly responsible for making sure the final product is being wrapped around the reel in a even and neat manner while maintaining a check on the quality of the product.

Below are the possible payments for the retention program.

WE PERFORM PAYOUT:

October 1st 2021 to October 31st 2021 - $ 500

November 1st 2021 to November 30 2021- $500

December 1st 2021 to December 31st 2021 -$750

That's a $1500 Sign on Bonus and A possible $1750 Retention Payout !

Hours:
  • Days: 7:00am – 7:30pm
  • Nights:7:00pm-7:30am
  • $ 3.00 Shift Differential for Night Shift
Schedule:
  • One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours
  • Total of 84 hours for a pay period
  • Every Other Weekend Off
  • Work 15 days a month
PAY :
  • Starting Pay for this entry level position is $ 18.00
  • $ 3.00 Shift Differential for Night Shift
  • Paid Bi Weekly ( 84 hours )
  • 8 of the 84 hours is scheduled overtime
