We are looking to add an Assistant Restaurant Manager to our team to assist us in managing the daily operations of the store that include overseeing the different shifts (Morning, Mid, and Closing), recruiting, scheduling, ensuring inventory control, quality customer service, and uphold the compliance and standards with all food and beverage regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organizes local store marketing activities to drive business and help the community. • Ability to recruit, hire, train, develop associates, assess performance regularly, and work alongside the team. • Leads talent management to include coaching, training, and ongoing skill development of managers. • Administers disciplinary actions (verbal and written) as needed following Company policy. • Maintains SQS at or above company standards and in compliance with health regulations. • Monitors financials including food, wage, and paper costs, and puts various controls in place to achieve budgeted thresholds. • Submits financial paperwork (payroll, bills, and weekly numbers) to the appropriate source (DMs/office) accurately and promptly. • Maintains inventory (food and paper) at appropriate levels to meet the demands of the business. • Operate and maintain proper equipment and supplies.
• 2 years of restaurant management experience is required.
