One of our clients is in the process of hiring multiple Entry Level Sales Representatives to join their growing team. The company is a worldwide leader in online travel and accommodations on the forefront of reinventing the way traveler’s plan and book trips through technology. It is a really fun company which has been consistently in the “best places to work” lists in the Greater Boston area. This role is related to B2B technology software sales that service the travel industry. Newly hired representatives would be ultimately looking to subscribe new customers and make the company a partner for their business. New hires would not be selling travel like a traditional travel agent but more of the technology that hotels use to drive traffic to their website to increase their own sales. The company is willing to hire recent college grads that are looking to get their foot in the door in the sales industry. This is an exciting time to join the company as the travel industry starts to grow back and mature back to what it was before the pandemic. There is a lot of room for advancement if you possess strong sales skills. The company does require a Bachelor’s degree for consideration. Main Responsibilities:- Browsing with current and potential customers online to demonstrate value of the products being offered- Making outbound calls to the company’s prospects and managing a personal pipeline of prospects- Engaging with customers to overcome any objections and identify solutions to any potential concerns- Engaging with hotel partners to cover benefits, trends, ROI, website traffic, views, and booking numbers- Meeting with team leads for the purpose of goal setting, KPI’s, and tracking targets Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree required- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred - previous experience selling SaaS products is preferred- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Ability to demonstrate negotiation and closing techniques- Great attitude is required; proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team setting- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM program is a plus
