We are seeking a restaurant manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to manage multi-franchise and multi-unit restaurant.
Responsible for managing the overall restaurant operation
Responsible for the execution of franchise operation standards
Demonstrate and implement strong customer satisfaction standards.
Demonstrate a high level of leadership
Operate according to health department and franchise standards.
Manage cost control, sales levels, and profitably
Responsible for recruit, hire, train, develop staff and maintain at acceptable staff levels
At least 1-2 years of management experience
Open availability including weekends and holidays
Minimum age - 18 years
Have valid driver’s license.
Computer knowledge is a plus
Willingness to learn and excel
