As a New Car Inventory Control Associate you will be responsible for movement of Inventory Vehicles from the time they arrive at the dealership to the time of delivery to our customers.

Duties will include:

• Taking Photos of Inventory and uploading to Database
• Printing window stickers
• Managing Service Key inventory
• Retrieving cars for technicians
• Parking cars in designated areas
• Notifying Assistant Service Manager (ASM) if client is waiting
• Keeping inventory lines organized
• Maintaining strict adherence to dealership policy on vehicle care and operation
• Assisting Sales Management Team in receiving in vehicles from shipping agents.
• Responsible for moving vehicles through the make-ready process and ensuring completion and return to inventory line.
• Alerting Sales Managers to any damage to vehicles.
• Assisting with housekeeping on the sales drive keeping it clean and clear of debris.
• Other duties by Sales Managers may be assigned

We need a customer service oriented, people person! You will be communicating not only with internal staff but customers as well. Being able to switch gears quickly is important as well. Priorities change quickly.

Additional qualifications include:

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong customer service skills
