Freddy's is looking for enthusiastic, friendly front and back-of-house team members for all shifts (Opening and Closing Shifts). Responsibilities include guest service, cleaning tasks, dishes, food/custard preparation, teamwork, etc.

JRI Managementcurrently manages 60Freddy's Frozen Custardfranchises located across the country. JRI is continuing to open stores across the country and working on opening new markets in Texas, Arizona, Atlanta, Tulsa, Louisiana, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland & Virginia.

Job DescriptionFreddy's Frozen Custard has two different areas for Team Members to work in, each providing an important service to our guest.The Hot Line Team Members work to ensure the proper preparation, assembly and delivery of food items.Our Cold Line Team Members are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders and the construction of custard items, while maintaining cleanliness of the dining room and performing to the Freddy's level of hospitality.

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Works well with others and are able to function as a part of a team
  • Follows directions and is attentive
  • Takes initiative and shows pride in their performance
  • Ensures proper handling of food and products
  • Follows all proper washing, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Thoroughly and expediently set-up hot line for operation
  • Properly assemble and fire-up equipment
  • Preparation/stocking of all product
  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm, correctly take their order
  • Efficiently facilitates Drive-Thru business
  • Build all custard items
  • Follow proper washing, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Knowledgeable of all ingredients and storing procedures
  • Dis-assembly and cleaning of equipment, dishes, utensils, and kitchen stations
  • Checks on guests, seeks feedback and keeps dining room clean
  • Always treats guests with the highest level of respect
  • Always communicates with guests in an energetic, friendly and cheerful manner

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:(including but not limited to)

  • Ability to stand and walk 10 hours/day
  • Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry and stoop
  • Ability to move or handle items weighing 0-75lbs
  • Hazards include, but not limited to cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns
