Hiring Full Time

The Production Associate will be responsible for following all production policies and procedures to support the start-up of this new operation. This individual will work with all department heads to support companywide operating objectives and will report to the Production Supervisor.

Learning and following all GMP’s, SOP and KPI procedures.

Maintaining productivity metrics, daily, and weekly goals for production.

Following all Covid-19 protocols, food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance protocols.

Reading and understanding recipes and measurements.

Weighing out product per production order.

Using ERP system

Troubleshooting computerized equipment.

Maintaining work area to be clean and organized.

Packaging finished product into crates.

Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Shift start: 8:00PM or 8:30PM or 9:00PM
Shift length: 8.5 hours
3rd Shift : 8:30 PM -5:00AM , Possible Overtime

Qualifications

• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

1 year of experience in food safety in a food manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with CIP systems Intermediate math skills Basic in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, Word. Ability to workday or evening shifts and weekends and Holidays as needed. Ability to maintain a safe and positive work environment. Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts.
