We are looking for a highly motivated computational chemist to join our Computational Drug Design group in Boston. This individual will be responsible for contributing to both lead identification and optimization programs using methods encompassing all computational aspects of drug discovery. This individual must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills along with strong technical skills in order to work collaboratively with fellow scientists in drug discovery. In addition to molecular modeling, this individual will work with the global Data and Computational Sciences group at Vertex to provide expertise in data analysis, cheminformatics, and methods development.
