We’re looking for Team Members to become part of our Popeyes family with skills and behaviors to create memorable experiences for our guests. • Deliver hot or cold food to customers.
• Take coupons and enter correctly.
• Dispense correct change.
• Take money in the form of cash or credit card.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Change receipt paper as needed.
• Resolve amount discrepancies.
• Bag items carefully.
• Clean up checkout area with damp cloth and disinfectant.
• Follow sanitation guidelines.
• Practice cost-cutting measures.
• Pitch in and work as part of a team
• Practice key Cashier skills and responsibilities.
• Perform opening procedures.
• Perform ongoing duties.
• Perform operating procedures.
• Follow proper Guest service techniques.
• Follow additional key tips.
• Handle Guest relations issues and inform a manager.
• Train and guide other Cashiers as requested by your manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager.
• Perform closing procedures.
• Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
