Our newly expanded Store Support Center in Raleigh, NC is adding Sales Appointment Setters who will be a part of our Call Center Operations team to partner with our stores and guests to increase awareness of our products and services.


YOUR FOCUS (Job Duties and Responsibilities):

Do you enjoy talking to others? You will call on our existing customer base to generate interest in coming back into our store locations to learn more about our latest products and programs available. Your upbeat attitude, motivation, drive and strong work ethic will be a necessity to succeed in this role. We are also looking for the Sales Appointment Setter to:

  • Call customers that have eligible upgrades and promotions 100+ per day
  • Learn how to schedule appointments with our store locations
  • Stay up to date with Verizon's latest promotions
  • Display proficiency with Excel and basic computer skills
  • Continually multi-task with multiple windows/programs
  • Occasionally speak with store locations on customer behalf
  • Increase sales and business for our Verizon locations
  • Communicate effectively and speak English clearly with sales staff and maintain a working relationship with all departments within the Store Support Center.
  • Other jobs- related duties as assigned by your manager
