Responsibilities: Your Responsibilities
  • Respond respectively, carefully and effectively to handle all customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening regarding sales
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information and sales leads
  • Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Proactively aim to resolve issues on the first call
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
Qualifications: What We're Looking for
  • Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
  • Passion for consultative sales, recommending products or solutions tailored to each customer
  • Achieve and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
  • Achieves or exceeds sales targets while interacting with new and existing customers via telephone and selling Company products and services.
  • Experience upselling/ increasing customer benefits
  • Ability to proactively address customer needs in a timely manner
  • Maturity and a hunger for success
  • Ability adapt and adjust to change in a positive manner
  • Competitive Attitude and drive for resultsLogical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • What We Prefer
  • 6 -12 month customer service experience preferred
  • Consistent work history
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Some Technical background
