Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Office Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and managing appointments for various commercial and residential customers.
We are excited to meet you if you have the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Heavy Phone and customer requests/ appointment setting
- Input and responsibility for putting information into Field service system
- Provide information about our products and services
- Manage invoicing and customer resolutions
- Dispatch and Manage Service Technicians in the field
- Arrive on time every day you are scheduled to work
- Ability to manage word, excel and other programs for presentations
- Assist Field Technicians with information and scheduling for completion of their schedule
- General Office Duties
- Invoicing
- Inventory Management Assist
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, in HVAC, Pest Control or Carpet and Flood Remediation
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail Oriented with great listening skills
- Great Attitude
- Extra Mile Customer Service Attitude
- Team player within a small company
Flex Schedule includes Saturday
