Responsible for supporting Inside Sales Representatives after training by monitoring progress, ensuring they understand and meet expectations, answering their questions, and providing them with coaching opportunities. The Supervisor will also be responsible for driving demand generation by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold-calling and initiating and establishing new customer relationships.
Assists in training team members on the phone system, lead generation tools, and maintaining agreement deliveries through consistent follow up. Ensures every Inside Sales Representative is prepared for calling on all different lead sources.
Monitors and evaluates Inside Sales Representative’s performance, provides learning or coaching opportunities and takes corrective action if necessary
Prepares reports and analyzes data to assist management in determining goals
Identifies operational issues and suggest possible improvements
Answers representative questions regarding best practices and difficult calls
Monitors, reviews, and evaluates outbound sales calls of Inside Sales RepresentativesIdentify and pursue sales leads, prospective new customers and move them through the sales pipeline from application to closing.
Initiate outgoing warm or cold calling to potential customers and follow-up on customer requests for information
Follow up on leads generated through Aaron’s eCommerce or guerilla marketing campaigns
Build and sustain long lasting relationships with new and existing customers by communicating frequently with follow-up mindful of customer retention
Collaborate with leadership to develop a routine sales strategy and to improve marketing
materials that help brand presence in assigned territory
High School Diploma required. Some college preferred.
3 years of call center experience or related sales position preferred
Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette
