Housekeepers Needed Full or Part Time Exceptional Pay

Mill Pond Realty is looking for seasonal and year-round housekeepers to join our vacation rental team!

Full or Part-Time - Work as much or as little as you'd like. The busiest days are Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday, but work is available every day 10 am - 4 pm.

Pay is per property ($30-$300). An average housekeeper makes $20/hour and efficient housekeepers make $30/hour or more.

This could be a great opportunity for a college student home for the summer, a stay-at-home parent looking for extra spending money, a retired person looking for a profitable hobby, a professional cleaner looking to maximize their income, or anyone in between.

Apply in person at our office at 747 Water Street, Saugatuck, MI 49453. We are open seven days a week between 8:30 am -5:30 pm.

$20+ hourly

The right candidate will have the following personality traits and requirements:

• Basic knowledge of standard cleaning practices
• Positive attitude when interacting with others
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies
• Multi-task effectively without sacrificing quality
• Can function with little to no supervision
• Responsive and reliable
• Takes pride and ownership in their work and a job well done

The right candidate should be able to perform the following work and physical tasks:

• Sanitize, dust, sweep, mop, vacuum
• Wash and change linens and towels
• Push, pull, and lift at least 25 pounds such as furniture, trash, propane tanks, etc.
• Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, and reach overhead and below the waist
• Climb a ladder
• Be on your feet for an extended period of time
• Smile!
