What you’ll do
As a Service Center Manager, you will blend technical and management skills to lead, develop and train others in taking care of customers. Other duties include:
Forecast goals and objectives for the store and motivate the team to meet such goals
Oversee hiring & training of candidates
Successfully recruit & select technicians/CSAs
Monitor and control store performance using appropriate reports and tracking systems
Team development through use of VIOC Learning Management Systems
Ensures high customer service & service output by managing procedures & processes
Establishes 24-hour follow-up with all customer care cases to ensure future satisfaction of company services
Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
Uphold the company’s Vision and Values

Ability to understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to hazardous waste disposal and OSHA laws
Have effective interpersonal, oral communication skills
Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
Knowledge of cash handling, facility and safety control policies and practices
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
Have full mobility and can twist, stoop and bend
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems
Ability to lead and manage in a fast-paced, multi-tasking retail environment with a smile and a positive attitude
Strong customer service skill and interpersonal/ communication skills
Problem-solving ability and analytical skills
A professional personal appearance
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn our internal software applications
