Crew Leader - Full-time / Part-time

As a Crew Leader with Roy Rogers Restaurants, you will assist the Managers in the restaurant with daily shift functions. Crew Leaders temporarily supervise a shift and assist in the management of operations which may include overseeing the staff, ensuring inventory control, proper equipment and supplies, quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations.

Restaurant experience is preferred, but if you have the enthusiasm and commitment we seek, we will train you. Additional requirements we expect include: 

- High School Diploma or GED
- A team player, willing to take a proactive approach as a leader when needed
- Strong, solid communication skills
- An independent thinker, able to manage and make decisions based upon information gathered from appropriate resources
- Ability to function with minimal direct supervision
- Possess a valid driver's license, proper insurance coverage, and a clean driving record and a vehicle for business related travel
