As a Crew Leader with Roy Rogers Restaurants, you will assist the Managers in the restaurant with daily shift functions. Crew Leaders temporarily supervise a shift and assist in the management of operations which may include overseeing the staff, ensuring inventory control, proper equipment and supplies, quality customer service and compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Restaurant experience is preferred, but if you have the enthusiasm and commitment we seek, we will train you.
