This position is part-time, afternoon, evening and rotating weekends. Performs duties and tasks associated with answering multi-line switchboard and directing phone calls to appropriate person/program. Implements procedures of the Receptionist Desk and RiverVista's Policies and Procedures. Answers multiple incoming phone lines, using proper telephone etiquette, and directs these calls to the appropriate individual or department or take phone messages. Meets and greets continuous flow of visitors and patients and directs them in the prescribed manner. Typing correspondence, data entry and filing. Follows thoroughly and practice the Law of Confidentiality. Collects and distributes faxes to staff. Maintains personnel and visitor's logs and Employee call-In sheet. Attends training sessions, i.e., CPR, violence prevention, customer service.
High School diploma or equivalent. Must have Customer Services Experience. Computer knowledge of Excel, Word and Access.
