Title: Maintenance Lead Person

What You'll Do
Perform all tasks on maintenance checklist daily
Assist customers when needed
Daily check of parking equipment to make sure everything is working properly
Daily walk though of facility & facility grounds for trash pickup & upkeep
Report all maintenance issues to manager
Sweep/Mop elevator lobbies, elevators, parking office & booths
Cleaning of all glass in elevator, elevator lobbies, stairwells, and parking office
Paint as needed and as assigned
Replace any lights or other facility equipment as need or as assigned
Removal of snow areas when assigned by manager
What We Want From You:
Prior experience in maintenance
Prior experience in customer service
Skills in maintaining facility equipment
Knowledge or able to learn parking equipment
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Ability to withstand cleaning chemicals
Ability to be accountable for your work
Able to speak and write English fluently

Occasionally move around the property by walking for extended periods of time.
Frequently operate small office equipment such as cash register, calculator, copier/printer
Will remain in seated position for extended periods of time.
Work is performed in indoor as well as outdoor environments. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
