Job Overview
As a Sr Consultant in the Regulatory Strategy practice, candidate would be required to manage variety of Regulatory Science and Strategy client projects and support client programs. You will ensure on-time delivery of project objectives which includes creation and management of client ready deliverables, project management, stakeholder management and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Our projects include advisory consulting on regulatory strategy and rationalizing use of real word evidence for regulatory decision making for the life sciences clients. These projects can be stand alone or a component of a large project.
This role will also provide regulatory and real world evidence expertise across the life sciences product lifecycle and help clients incorporate real world evidence for regulatory decision making into their business processes and identify potential new business opportunities and assists with the sales process.

Essential Functions
Participates or leads teams in the design, development and delivery of regulatory strategy, real world data and real world evidence projects.
Reviews and analyzes client requirements and assists in the development of proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
Provides direction and guidance to Analysts, Consultants, and where relevant, to other resources on the engagement.
Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
Designs, structures, and delivers client deliverables and presentations as appropriate
Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
Identify new business opportunities, support proposal development, and explore new leads at assigned clients.
Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of life sciences regulatory processes and use of real world data and real world evidence through on the job experience and participation in training opportunities.
Begins to develop Regulatory and Real-World Evidence subject matter expertise.
When acting as Project Manager, proactively manages project timelines and manages day to day communication with the client and team members.


Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required.
Master's Degree in life sciences related field.
5-8 years of related experience in life sciences industry.
Has necessary background to effectively manage regulatory projects within life sciences product lifecycle.
Knowledgeable in uses of real world evidence
Possesses solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life science industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.

* Remote work position, with preference for candidates within reasonable travel distance to Washington DC*
