Work from home in one of our growing virtual call-center teams within Commercial-Sales or Fundraising! Now hiring in 28 states across the US.
· The Commercial/Sales Center division works with clients, such as Comcast, SiriusXM Radio, and many other consumer service clients. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls for current customers to offer additional services, take product orders, and assist with customer service inquiries.
· In our Fundraising Center, you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls to help raise funds and provide customer care for nonprofit, conservative, and Christian organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Smile Train. You may also handle calls on behalf of the National Rifle Association, renewing memberships and signing up new members to protect the 2nd Amendment.
