Harborview Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time, day shift, SOCIAL WORKER, in support of the Inpatient Med-Surg department.
REQUIREMENTSA Master of Social Work Degree from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work EducationOne year of full-time social work experience in a health care setting or equivalent. Experience can include a practicum placement as part of a social work training program and/or employment experience.
Within 90 days of hire must hold one of the following credentials issued by the state of Washington:Agency Affiliated CounselorLicensed Social Work Associate -AdvancedLicensed Social Work Associate - Independent ClinicalLicensed Advance Social WorkerLicensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Applicants considered for this position will be required to disclose if they are the subject of any substantiated findings or current investigations related to sexual misconduct at their current employment and past employment.
