Job Description

MYO Frozen Yogurt is currently looking for a Store Manager at our Seaside location. Our Store Managers work hard at upholding the company’s policies and procedures, managing store operations, and building great teams is what has kept MYO a local favorite for the past 10 years! They create an environment that is fun and welcoming to all customers through exceptional customer service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience in customer service or food industry

  • Leadership, coaching, and directing skills

  • Familiarity with inventory ordering and allocation

  • Scheduling flexibility including weekends and some holidays

  • Experience with Clover POS system (preferred but not required)

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in management or customer service

  • Food Handlers Certification

  • Ability to work 25-40 hours per week. Including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED

  • High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity

  • Ability to motivate and direct team members

  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly

  • Proven problem solving abilities

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Ability to stand and walk around the store for 4-8 hours

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
