Job Description
Go Chicken GO is looking for the right candidate to become a Restaurant Manager (Shift Managers, AGMs, and GMs) that will assist in leading and directing all efforts related to restaurant operations. This position provides restaurant oversight at any location of the company.
Go Chicken Go has 5 restaurant locations to manage and has been in business since 1969.
Position Mission: Responsible for the operation of any given restaurant location and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with exceptional food and a great experience.
Expected Outcomes Include:
· Candidate will be flexible in operating in any given restaurant
· Ensure highest quality of dining experience that create brand loyalty
· Ability to learn best Go Chicken Go operating practices
· Ability to train staff and keep them accountable to best practices
· Supervise and coordinate staff
· Oversee guest services and resolve any issues that arise
· Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Work Schedule - 52-55 Hour Work Week Expected
Compensation Package:

Competencies:
· Must be a self-starter, motivated leader, and have a true passion for training
· Ability to quickly assess situations
· Must be comfortable with customer relations
· Must be able to enforce Go Chicken Go policies
Qualifications:
· High School or GED equivalent
· 2 years of restaurant management or similar experience
· 3 years in restaurant business
· Past experience with following and enforcing employee handbooks

Company Description
What started as a family business has remained family owned and operated for more than forty years. Today the restaurants continue to be owned by two of the Hendrix Boys, Bill and Mike, along with Mike’s daughter Andrea Lowe. The operations of the company are directed by Alex Lowe and other family members spend time managing the different restaurant locations and the corporate office. Several employees at the restaurants have been with the company since the beginning and have all become part of the family, their loyalty to the brand is a big reason for its success today.
