KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Business Development Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market development, account planning, pipeline origination/qualification/development, pursuit team assembly and opportunity to drive new sales bookings
  • Work with Oracle alliance and field sales teams, KPMG industry and account teams and extended KPMG Alliance team to drive new opportunities in target accounts within assigned industry
  • Build market awareness of KPMG's Oracle services offerings, capabilities, and credentials
  • Educate KPMG account teams, the Oracle field organization and clients on how KPMG portfolio of Oracle offerings help address client needs or solve client issues
  • Ability to articulate the KPMG business-led, technology-enabled Oracle digital transformation proposition for assigned industry
  • Bring focus, energy and go-to-market skills to help our firm win more business, close cycle times and improve our overall win rate; demonstrate excellence in applying KPMG's sales methodology

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of successful Oracle professional services business development (Oracle alliance management and/or Oracle services sales) experience, focused on   enterprise-level financial services accounts with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
  • Strong Oracle Partner professional services ecosystem experience and relevant relationships and industry knowledge with Oracle; subject matter proficiency is preferred
  • Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence and results, often exceeding several million dollars
  • Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs and KPMG service offerings
  • Demonstrated superior ability to develop and lead relationship-building activities with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CISO
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future; ability to travel as necessary
