Responsible for leading a number of cross functional continuous improvement initiatives targeted at improving overall effectiveness and efficiency, reducing overall cost, and improving regulatory compliance.
Responsible for leading a number of Change Management process improvement efforts including: improving SOX control design and integration to reduce SOX control audit deficiencies, defining the to-be process to align the Change Management process to ITSM Remedy 7.6, developing the Change Management process training.
Responsible for leading the IT Compliance (ITC) process improvement initiative to improve overall process maturit, Executive Leadership Team to establish their overall process improvement roadmap.
Led multiple ITC process efforts to design & implement improvement opportunities including: Controls Integration & Design, SOX Compliance Processes, Audit Support & Coordination, CAP Monitoring & Reporting, Training & Culture, Policy Development,
Responsible for developing and driving all process related deliverables/artifacts, including process roadmap, SIPOC's, as-is and to-be process maps, failure/gap analysis (FMEA), process training and communication.'
