The majority of the end users are comprised of Sr. Management, VP's, Directors and C-level executives. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must have for this role.
Responsibilities will include:
*Responding to calls, tickets and emails to troubleshoot reported issues in a helpdesk environment.
*Answering tickets via phone and email and own resolution of all of the issues.
*Troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining desktop applications.
*Supporting current Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
*Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
