Red Cork Bistro has immediate opening for Executive Sous Chef.
The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen such as menu plans, operations, recipes, financial responsibility, portion and inventory control, food quality, and employee supervision.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with team members, peers, and ownership. Must have the ability to move throughout all food and beverage areas and continuously perform essential job functions. Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system. Ability to observe and distinguish product quality by smell, taste, and appearance.
