The Global Portfolio PMO Manager is an experienced and innovative leader responsible for the creation and implementation of the global Marketing PMO vision, strategy, structure, talent, objectives, priorities, policies and tools in support of strategic priorities. With a keen focus on continuous improvement, this leader will identify solutions, implement and manage global productivity tools and processes that align projects to strategic priorities with the appropriate objectives, key results and KPIs to achieve desired marketing and business outcomes. Additionally, this individual will lead cross-functional teams in the implementation and management of global workflow, resource and spend management systems along with overseeing the change management framework. The ability to influence, build consensus, and foster an environment in which teams take responsibility for achieving results is imperative while partnering with executives and various levels of management within Marketing, IT, Privacy, Legal, Supply Chain Management, Lines of Business, Contact Center and Global Franchising in multiple countries as well as third party partners.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

  • Lead global cross-functional teams to align programs and projects with strategic priorities and drive a culture of accountability for objectives, key results and KPIs
  • Create, implement and evolve PMO vision, methodologies, processes, and tools to achieve strategic priorities
  • Lead global cross-functional teams to implement and manage workflow, resource, capacity and spend management platforms along with overseeing the change management framework
  • Continuously improve marketing effectiveness by identifying and implementing new solutions that address global department or organization pain-points, create efficiencies, or drive revenue
  • Ensure governance structure is clearly defined to achieve success of portfolios, programs and projects
  • Oversee the activities of projects/programs and teams to ensure delivery of timely solutions to achieve desired outcomes
  • Lead the effort to improve productivity, time-to-market, solutions quality, and cost effectiveness including those within the Project Delivery Process and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), and general PMO procedures
  • Develop strong global relationships with business partners across all levels, including C-level, senior executives, customer leaders, channel leads, product owners, shared resource leaders, technical and non-technical teams
  • Protect customers, employees, and brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and continuously identify opportunities to improve security

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other applicable field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Ten (10+) years of PMO and Process Improvement experience
  • Two (2+) years of people management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
  • Basic proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Confluence and JIRA) or similar suite
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Flow (preferred)
