Job Summary: The Desktop Support Tech – Security position will be responsible for reporting on IT vulnerabilities that affect the end user computing environment. This person will be working on a project to identify and remediate all security vulnerabilities in North America.
Day to day responsibilities:
Run and analyze daily vulnerability reports
Track all issues in our IT Service Management system
Remediate all known vulnerabilities
Identify trends and known issues regarding security updates and vulnerabilities
Work closely with the Engineering team to come up with long term improvement options and processes
