Job Description: Provides general food service-related duties. Maintains cash and media at registers and counts and reconciles funds during shifts. Ensures a positive guest experience by providing excellent customer service.
Responsible for assignments as a cashier, cash management, reconciliation, and register till accuracy
Utilizes POS systems and restocks supplies
Serves as first point of contact by greeting customers
Communicates customer requests or concerns to management
Maintains awareness of daily menu items and meal plans
Ensures food quality, including tasting food for quality control
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience

Maintains neat and professional appearance.
Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
Knowledge of food service terminology.
Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food handling procedures
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills;
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite);
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
18 years or older
Legally authorized to work in the United States
At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
6+ months of experience in the customer service industry
