Requirements

As a member of our staff, your primary responsibility is to work as part of a team to provide all guests with superior service and quality product in a safe, clean, and hospitable environment. Our team members are expected to adhere to our core values regarding treatment of guests, other team members, managers and restaurant property. The specific knowledge, skill and ability requirements associated with your role include:

•        Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
•        Must understand the hospitality industry and work with energy and enthusiasm
•	  Must possess strong leadership and communication skills
•	  Minimum 2 years as a sous chef / chef in a full service restaurant with a minimum sales volume of 3 million
•        Proven record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking
•        Must be dependable, reliable, and motivated with an attention to detail
•        Learning and adhering to our principles of guest service and quality standards
•        Organizing, planning and prioritizing your work and and the work of other team members
•        Ability to coordinate team members to achieve a common goal
•        Dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations while maintaining composure
•        Utilizing personal integrity and basic math skills to handle money in a responsible manner
•        Issuing and understanding written and verbal communication using English
•        Performing physical activities such as reaching, grasping, lifting up to 50lbs, balancing, stooping and standing for long periods
