We seek people who:
Assure effective selection, performance management and succession planning processes that support the business plan, maximize workforce competence and minimize risk
Build strong partnerships with business leadership and other internal partners to effectively guide and influence culture, leadership behaviors and implementation of best practices
Identify and surface organizational talent needs and partner with appropriate internal partners to develop processes and interventions
Manage processes to provide timely investigation, follow-up and ongoing communication with managers and associates regarding performance
Travel markets as needed to build understanding and prioritize talent needs
We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
3-5+ years human resources experience supporting large exempt & non-exempt teams
HR certification preferred
Previous experience supporting wholesale or retail operations that include distribution center operations preferred
Exceptional influencing, partnering and communication skills
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, relationship-building and collaboration skills
Willing to travel regionally to provide support as needed
