Business owner with multiple business interests, is looking for a results-oriented, self-starting, highly organized individual to assist and complete a large number and variety of tasks and projects I encounter on a daily basis.
You will spend approximately 40% of your time handling administrative tasks, including calendaring, business and personal travel arrangements, management of several households, and ensuring office organization. The balance of your time will be spent planning, managing and ensuring completion of projects and implementation of ideas related to many business, personal and philanthropic interests.
You should be skilled in the following areas:

Communication: Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside contacts and vendors in a courteous, mature, diplomatic manor.
Organization and Administration: strong organizational, planning, time management and anticipatory skills, knowledge of administration and office procedures, ability to create and maintain electronic and paper files.
Computer and Technical: Computer and technical savvy is a must, including the ability to recommend the best equipment and procedures to use for the greatest level of productivity.
Personality: Outgoing and positive personality, high energy, easygoing, a sense of humor, well-groomed and personable.
Automobile required. This is a full-time position, but flexibility in hours worked can be provided and is expected. (Exceptions can be made)
