LOOKING TO HIRE DRIVEN INDIVIDUALS FAST!
Responsibilities are but not limited to;
+ Performing repairs, preventative maintenance on mobility and accessibility products.
+ Installing/Delivering/Assembling prescribed medical equipment (mobility and accessibility products).
+ Arriving to scheduled appointments/service calls promptly while using great customer service.
+ Travel Radius covers all of NY (not including NYC), Northern PA, and CT.
*Must be willing to drive/travel/perform service to all of these places*
*Occasional Overnights - Expenses covered by company*
+ Data Input into Company Program/Server
+ Contacting many manufacturer's Technical Support Teams - obtaining quotes for parts needed.
Required Work Experience;
Some experience preferred but not necessary. **Willing to train the right individual!**
Experience in small engine motors is preferable (ie scooter, power wheel chairs). Salary is based on experience.
Good communication/customer service. General repair/maintenance knowledge. Basic computer/smartphone use/knowledge (we use an app for field service).
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
It is necessary that you have a reliable form of transportation as your vehicle may have to be used for field service. Preferred vehicles: mini-van, commercial van, pick-up truck.
