The Host is responsible for taking care of guests and assisting the team with front of house duties. Our Hosts are responsible for engaging and welcoming guests, by phone or in-person, setting the tone of hospitality and warmth within the restaurant and managing the flow of guests when managing waitlists. The Host supports the team and helps to create and maintain an exciting, inviting and progressive environment. This person should be a high-energy, outgoing individual who will help to foster connections with friends, family and the community through service, food and drink. The ideal candidate should love to work with people, be detail oriented and be able to smoothly handle high pressure situations. Greet guests, escort them to tables, assist guests with Next Door On-Demand, provide menus and table settings as needed.
Responsible for clearing, sanitizing and resetting tables as needed.
Assist other servers and staff as needed; model and promote teamwork. Complete and assist with side work whenever possible; this includes but is not limited to ensuring restrooms are tidy, sweeping or mopping floors, cleaning surfaces and ensuring all areas of the restaurant are stocked appropriately.
Demonstrate superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Perform side work, setup, and assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant.
Perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality.

$12.32 hourly plus tips - With tips it averages to be $20 - $27 hourly
