Back of House Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

Pay Type:Starting at $12/hr for Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Type:Part-Time or Full-Time, daylight shifts between 5:30am-4:00pm or evening shifts

Requirements:

● Must be 16 or older

● Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays

● Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week

● Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs

● Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!

Responsibilities:

● Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

● Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep

● Prepare cold individual and catering menu items

● Stock kitchen inventory as needed

● Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times

● Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate

● Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager

● Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes

● Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
