We are looking for talented Assistant Managers and Assistant General Managers who will helpdirect the shiftoperations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all aspects of the restaurant including making quality products for our guests and ensuring eachproduct meets Cicis standards andreflects the guest’s order.
Professionally and promptly respond to all guest concerns or issues. Solicit guest feedback, share feedback with team, and use feedback to improveoperations and build brand loyalty. Communicate, train and promotequality standards to team members by utilizing all available tools including the Cicis Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing levels according to projected sales, properly train team members to exceed guest expectations, ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and coach for improvedperformance. Ensure team is quality and guest focused and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.
Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt and friendly guest service; building sales through team member product training and sales execution.
Contribute to overall profit goals byeffectively utilizing the POS and othersystems. Execute cash managementduties. Assist in the management ofinventory levels using the company’s systems and guidelines to minimize waste and loss. Manage company’s assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe and organized; complies with safety and security standardsat all times.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, holidays and as emergencies arise
Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant
Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision
